The Stoke St Gregory Stoke Stampede 10K race starts outside the Old Rose & Crown on Woodhill and runs
a figure 8 route.

Loop 1 runs slightly downhill past the church, through the village square on to the flat Willey
Road. At the end of which the route turns right on to Slough Lane which includes a feisty hill climb . Once
conquered the race turns right onto Woodhill Terrace, back to Woodhill, past the start line and village square.

This is where loop 2 starts as at the end of Willey Road you turn left facing the short Griggs Hill climb which
leads to the long, initially flat before slowly inclining, Meare Green. Heading towards North Curry you will turn
left into Broad Lane to start the route back towards the square via bendy and undulating country roads.

Follow Huntham Road and finally Huntham Lane leading you back to the village square where you will see
the finish banner ahead of you.
